Background/Requirements: This PSA Poster is the start of a series of screen printing styled posters for stopping illegal hunting and protecting endangered species. The style is when you layer colors on top of each other to make an image. In the requirements, I could only choose 3 colors and to create my slogan. I also had to included a Hashtag, the WWF logo and site, and the Ad Council site and logo.
Challenges: The hardest part of the poster was coming up with the slogan that fits the topic and making the screen print design. I had to learn about the screen printing layering process.
Favorite Details: My favorite part was finally figuring out how to layer things and using negative space to create the text. During the layering process, I decided white would be the background. That way, I could use it to my advantage by not covering it up it would create what I needed.
